This Simple Air Photo Frames Generator tool can be used to create approximate aerial photo frame polygons given several camera parameters including the sensor dimensions, the focal length of the lense, and the camera capture interval. In addition, the flight parameters need to be specified including the starting location of the aircraft, the flight altitude, flying speed, and the bearing. The frames are created as clickable polygons; the polygons will highlight when the mouse cursor hovers over them. Optionally, the polygons can be converted to KML format and saved for transferring to another software application environment such as Google Earth.
